Return & exchange policy:
Sometimes the one just isn't the right one. We accept returns for exchange or store credit for items that are unworn and free of any damage whatsoever.
Anna Capri is a small local business and we can not afford to offer refunds at the moment. That being said, we offer exchanges or store credit when the unwanted merchandise is sent back to us within 10 days of delivery.
Returns sent to our facilities without Anna Capri’s prior approval will not be fulfilled and will be donated to a charity on your behalf.
You are responsible for the return shipping fee.
Merchandise must have all tags attached and be in its original packaging.
All exchanges will process in approximately 1 week.
Items purchased using discount codes are final sale.
We do not handle any customer support over our social media channels.
